THE TRUTH
SEEKING THE TRUTH
Who believes in the after-life and who doesn't?
Does anyone really feel confident enough to declare one way or the other?
Or is uncertainty the general feeling?
Please share your thoughts

YOUR CHOICE
Which THREE fruits are your favorites?
Mine are- kiwifruit, grapes, and apricots
It might be interesting to see how our choice of fruits actually varies...........................kindest regards
The next two years were to be spent attending the Wellington Teachers Training College. However, prior to that big move a major decision had to be made. Firstly, I was given the choice of moving to Wellington or to Ardmore, a Training College south of Auckland. This college had only just been established, having been set up as the accommodation site for the athletes attending the Empire Games, now known as The Commonwealth Games. I remember that I did not discuss my choice with anybody. I chose Wellington only because it was not so far away! At that time my choice should have been Ardmore, as it provided accommodation on Campus and even more important, that was the choice of my 'girlfriend' Janet. But we parted never to meet again! Probably a blessing in disguise when I consider all that has unfolded since! Let's say that destiny made my decision.
I realised that I needed money to get me to Wellington and to set myself up. As soon as my schooldays were over I somehow or another took up a part time job at the Feilding Freezing Works. Every morning I had to catch a bus in the City Square at about 7am to be on the job by eight o'clock. I worked in the small goods department mainly preparing the likes of livers and kidneys etc. for market. After a few weeks I had saved sufficient money to get me on my way to my new way of life.
